Crown Land Set Apart for Teachers’ Residences in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for teachers’ residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District containing together 2 roods 18·1 perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being Lots 49, 50, and 51, D.P. S. 3162, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1059, folio 222, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 28th day of July 1958.

Crown Land Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Kumara

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Westland Land District containing 29·8 perches, situated in the Borough of Kumara, Westland R.D., being Reserve 2021 (formerly part Reserve 219), Borough of Kumara; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156574 (S.O. 4788) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 23·37 perches, situated in the Borough of Taihape, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P. 15340, being part Section 77, Taihape Village Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 524, folio 296, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 37 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 152, D.P. 9320, part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 56, folio 97.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1958.
