PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 8 August 1945 and published in the Gazette, 17 August 1945, Volume II, page 1038.

Plant Declared Noxious Weed in the City of Gisborne
(Notice No. Ag. 6580)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Gisborne City Council on the 1st day of July 1958.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Gisborne City Council hereby resolves and declares that the under-mentioned plant is a noxious weed within the City of Gisborne.

SPECIAL ORDER
THAT all the plants mentioned or included in the First Schedule to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 be declared noxious weeds within the County of Wairewa.
