A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, being the block of land known as Whangamata No. 2F, Section 2B, and situated in Block V, Tuhingamata West Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of July 1958.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block VIII, Tarras Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, situated in Block VIII, Tarras Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 3 9·8 Crown land; coloured yellow on plan.
1 1 38 Part Section 28; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156224 (S.O. 12411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Marlborough Land District containing 1 rood 33·8 perches, situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being Section 75; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156341 (S.O. 4369) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Marlborough Land District containing 7 acres 2 roods 6·9 perches, situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being Section 102, formerly Section 76 and part Section 77; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156341 (S.O. 4369) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of July 1958.
