SCHEDULE

Certificate of title, Volume 584, folio 296, for thirty-seven decimal two perches (37·2 p.), more or less, situated in the Kaikohe Town District, and being part of Lot 34 on Deeds Plan W. 43 being part of Opango No. 275N Block, in the name of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Trust Board. Certificate of title, Volume 1302, folio 49, for thirty-four decimal five perches (34·5 p.), more or less, being Lot 18 on Deposited Plan 43335, and being part of Clendons Grant, in the name of Thomas Eugene Hemera, of Penrose, timber worker. (K. 66385.)

Certificate of title, Volume 636, folio 209, for two acres twenty-nine perches (2 a. 29 p.) more or less, being all the land on Deposited Plan 24169 and being portion of Section 10, Block XVI, Tairua Survey District, in the name of William Charles Lockington, of Thames, retired farmer.
