Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed monies dated 26 June 1958, formerly held by the East Coast Commissioner, has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Whangarei, Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, and Wellington, and at all sub-offices of the Department of Maori Affairs, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

Declaring Land to be Subject to the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Hokianga Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Price Order No. 1747 (Australian Oranges and South African Oranges)
Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 1747, and shall come into force on the 21st day of July 1958.

(1) Price Orders Nos. 1624,* 1665†, and 1743‡ are hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said orders shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this order.
APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER
3. This order applies with respect to all Australian oranges and South African oranges sold by way of retail in New Zealand.
FIXING MAXIMUM RETAIL PRICES OF ORANGES TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES
4. (1) The maximum price that may be charged or received by any retailer for any oranges to which this order applies shall be determined as follows:
(a) With respect to oranges sold at any place within the metropolitan areas of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or Dunedin, as defined in the Schedule hereto, or in any of the cities or boroughs of Whangarei, Hamilton, Tauranga, Gisborne, New Plymouth, Stratford, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Napier, Hastings, Blenheim, Nelson, Greymouth, Westport, Timaru, Oamaru, Gore, Balclutha, or Invercargill—
At the Rate of: Per Pound s. d. Australian oranges ... 1 3 South African oranges ... 1 3
(b) With respect to oranges sold elsewhere in New Zealand—
At the Rate of: Per Pound s. d. Australian oranges ... 1 3½ South African oranges ... 1 3½
(2) If in respect of any lot of oranges the price calculated in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this clause is not an exact number of pence or halfpence, the maximum price of the lot shall be computed to the next upward half-penny.
PROVISION FOR SPECIAL PRICES
5. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing provisions of this order, and subject to such conditions, if any, as it thinks fit, the Tribunal, on application by any retailer, may authorise special maximum prices in respect of any oranges to which this order applies where special circumstances exist, or for any reason extraordinary charges (freight or otherwise) are incurred by the retailer. Any authority given by the Tribunal under this clause may apply with respect to a specified lot or consignment of oranges or may relate generally to all oranges to which this order applies sold by the retailer while the approval remains in force.
DUTY IMPOSED ON RETAILERS
6. Every retailer who offers or exposes for sale in any shop any oranges to which this order applies shall keep in a prominent position in such proximity to the oranges to which it relates as to be obviously in relation thereto a ticket, placard, or label on which shall be stated in legible and prominent characters the word “Australian” or “South African”, as the case may be, and the retail price per pound of the oranges.

Pursuant to clause (13) of the Schedule to the Honey Marketing Authority Regulations 1953, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons deemed eligible to vote for the election of two producers' representatives to the New Zealand Honey Marketing Authority, together with the number of votes allotted to each voter, will be open for inspection during office hours at the following places, viz., Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington and at Auckland; also at the following post offices: Kaikohe, Dargaville, Kaitaia, Whangarei, Warkworth, Huntly, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Te Aroha, Whakatane, Gisborne, Wairoa, Napier, Hastings, Waipukurau, Dannevirke, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Levin, Eketahuna, Masterton, Blenheim, Nelson, Motueka, Kaikoura, Westport, Greymouth, Hokitika, Culverden, Amberley, Christchurch, Ashburton, Geraldine, Timaru, Waimate, Oamaru, Roxburgh, Alexandra, Cromwell, Dunedin, Balclutha, Gore, and Invercargill.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 14 days from 23 July 1958.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Private Bag, Auckland C. 1. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 13th day of August 1958, and must be accompanied by a deposit of £3.
