Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for a school over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being a portion of Allotment No. 266, in the Parish of Mangopiko, in the Puniu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by other part of Allotment No. 266, 925 links; towards the east by other part of Allotment No. 266 aforesaid, 925 links; towards the south by a road, 470 links; and towards the west by a road, 470 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the official plans in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waimate County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is a public reserve within the meaning of the said Act for the purpose of a recreation reserve.

Licensing the Clutha County Council to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark at Pounawea, Otago, as a Site for a Boat-jetty
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Clutha County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Pounawea, Otago, as shown on plan marked M.D. 4587 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, as a site for a boat-jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 17th day of April 1958
3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be one shilling (1s.) payable on demand.
4. The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said boat-jetty shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.
