PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

The under-mentioned cadet officers are granted short-service commissions in the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, for a period ending 9 January 1964, to be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. EDUCATION BRANCH
Transfer and Appointment

Flying Officer James McArthur Anzac Grant, B.E.M. (134082) is transferred from the Technical Branch (Engineer Division), Reserve of Air Force Officers, to the Education Branch, Regular Air Force. He is granted a short-service commission for a period of five years to be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers in his present rank, with seniority and with effect from 16 June 1958.

Appointment

Special Duties Division

Donald Frederick Sykes, A.F.C., D.F.M. (134193) is granted a commission in the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division), Territorial Air Force, for a period of five years to be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is appointed to the rank of Flight Lieutenant, with seniority and with effect from 9 June 1958.

Revocation of Appointment of Cambridge Domain Board

Union of Cambridge and Leamington Domains and Appointment of Domain Board

—

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that, on and after the 1st day of July 1958, the public domains described in the Schedules hereto shall be united to form one public domain to be known as the Cambridge and Leamington Domain, and further, appoints the Cambridge Borough Council to be the Cambridge and Leamington Domain Board to have control of the said domain subject to the provisions of the said Act as a public domain.
