Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block I, Coneburn Survey District, Lake County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, situated in Block I, Coneburn Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
3 1 7 Part Lakeside Reserve; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 32·4 Part Section 5; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156306 (S.O. 12582) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of road in the Otago Land District, situated in Block I, Coneburn Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

ALL that piece of road in the Canterbury Land District containing 19·1 perches, situated in Block XII, Waipara Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 14851, part Rural Section 6295; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156318 (S.O. 9175) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALLOTMENT 259, Parish of Waipa.
Also Allotments 337 to 345 inclusive, Parish of Waipa (formerly part Allotments 256 to 258 inclusive, and part closed road, Proclamation S. 122703).
All situated in Blocks VI and VII, Newcastle Survey District: Total area, 318 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less. Shown on plans Nos. 27/9 and 27/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 28902 and 38550.)

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
SECTION 5, Motukai Settlement, situated in Block XIII, Rewa Survey District: Area, 34 acres and 25 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 632, folio 24 (Wellington Registry). Shown on plan No. 91/9 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 23843.)
