TAKE notice that, on the application of William Eustace Burton, of Lower Hutt, and upon reading the motion for annulment of bankruptcy and hearing Mr F. J. Kember of counsel for the said William Eustace Burton, it was ordered that the order of adjudication dated the 19th day of September 1957, against William Eustace Burton, of Lower Hutt, labourer, be annulled.
