Wholesalers’ Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33 Granted, Surrendered, or Revoked

Pursuant to the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, the Comptroller of Customs hereby gives notice that licences to act as wholesalers have been granted to the licensees mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and that licences to act as wholesalers granted to the licensees mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto have been surrendered or revoked.

Dannevirkе Milk Delivery Scheme 1958

Pursuant to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1956,* the New Zealand Milk Board hereby gives notice as follows:

This scheme may be cited as the Dannevirkе Milk Delivery Scheme 1958.
The district comprising the Borough of Dannevirkе, delineated on the plan deposited for the purpose in the district office of the New Zealand Milk Board, National Bank Buildings, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, under the number N.Z.M.B. 138/1, is hereby declared a zoning area.
No person shall deliver milk in the zoning area defined in clause 2 hereof in pursuance of a contract of sale except pursuant to a licence or other permit given by the New Zealand Milk Board.
All deliveries of milk to schools and to Government institutions, including any institution under the control of any Hospital Board or a separate institution within the meaning of the Hospitals Act 1926, shall be exempt from this order.
This scheme shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1958.
