Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Helensville Borough Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for municipal buildings and depot, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Helensville, in trust, for that purpose.

Licensing W. H. and B. P. Davidson Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore in Whangaroa Harbour as a Site for a Wharf, Boatshed, and Stable

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits W. H. and B. P. Davidson Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in Whangaroa Harbour, as shown on plans marked M.D. 2526, 2948, and 3175 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf, boatshed, and stable, as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto, and prescribes that the dues and rates set forth in the Second Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the licensee for the use of the said wharf.

FIRST SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds (£2) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).
(3) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from 1 April 1958.
(4) The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said wharf shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Dues

Passengers

Every person who shall enter or land on or be shipped from the said wharf shall pay the sum of 6d.

Berthage

Every person who shall berth his launch or vessel at or alongside the said wharf shall pay the sum of 1s. per day or part of a day during which the said launch or vessel is berthed at the said wharf.

Licensing the Waiheke Road Board to Use and Occupy Part of the Bed of Okahuiti Creek, Waiheke Island, as a Site for a Footbridge and Causeway

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Waiheke Road Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the bed of Okahuiti Creek, Waiheke Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10292 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, as a site for a footbridge and causeway, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee, upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be two years from the 1st day of June 1958.
3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be one shilling payable on demand.
