A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Alex McKenzie Morrison, of Alexandra, farmer, recorded in the register book, Volume 348, folio 42, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 38 perches, situated in Block VIII, Tarras Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 28; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156224 (S.O. 12411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
