Revocation of Appointment of the Kawakawa Town Council as the Dauntless Park Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Kawakawa Town Council (successor to the Kawakawa Town Board) as the Dauntless Park Domain Board, as published in Gazette, 16 November 1916, Volume III, pages 3565 and 3566.

Land in City of Auckland Declared to be a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Auckland City Council on the 14th day of October 1957:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Declaration That Part of the Taihape Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Taihape Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
