Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTIONS 18 to 24 inclusive, and part 25, Block XVI, Kaeo Survey District: Total area, 2,196 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plans 19416 and 22181.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in Order in Council No. 2451, Wellington Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 31·29 perches, situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 8, D.P. 19254, being part Rural Section 288, Township of Palmerston North. Part certificate of title, Volume 766, folio 82, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a metal pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 2 acres 3 roods 20 perches, situated in Block VI, Makotuku Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 23; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156137 (S.O. 23655) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of May 1958.
