EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of lease 23729 of thirty-nine (39) perches, more or less, being Lot 9 on Deposited Plan 44499, being portion of Allotment 37 of the Parish of Titirangi, and being part of the land in certificates of title, Volume 235, folio 191, and Volume 253, folio 71, Auckland Registry, wherein John Edward Astley and others as trustees under the Methodist Model Deed of New Zealand 1887 are the lessors and Stanley Wilkie Hutchen, of Auckland, mercer, is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional memorandum of lease in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional memorandum of lease on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
