NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, as a reserve for cemetery purposes.

RESERVE 4936 (formerly part Reserve 90), situated in Block I, Okains Survey District: Area, 2 roods, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 404, folio 159, limited as to parcels. (Also known as Lot 1, D.P. 19393, being part Reserve 90.)

Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Election

PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of two producers' representatives in the Northern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz., Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington; also at the offices of the Department of Agriculture at Timaru, Waimate, and at the post office, Temuka.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 21 May 1958.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 11th day of June 1958.

Lot 1, D.P. 8274, being part Section 3, Okato Town Belt, situated in Block VI, Cape Survey District: Area, 5 acres and 15 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 140, folio 291. Together with appurtenant right of way over part Section 3, Okato Town Belt created by Transfer No. 99160.
