Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in Mount Herbert County
(Notice No. Ag. 6521)

PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Acting
Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation
from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said
Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the
Mount Herbert County Council on the 18th day of April
1958.

SPECIAL ORDER

IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3. of the
Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Mount Herbert County Council
hereby resolves by way of special order that all the plants
included in the First Schedule of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950
and all extension orders thereto be noxious weeds within the
Mount Herbert County.

that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after
fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.
