Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Northern Agricultural and Pastoral Association
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for plantation purposes to a reserve for a site for a showground and further, vests the said reserve in the Northern Agricultural and Pastoral Association, in trust, without power of sale, for that purpose, subject to the following special conditions:
(a) The Association taking no action at any time to impede the free flow of water from those portions of Northern Creek which flow through the said reserve.
(b) The North Canterbury Catchment Board to have the right of ingress, egress, and regress over the said reserve, for the purposes of the said Board.
