Declaring Maori Land to be Crown Land

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land known as the Kakaraiea Block and situate in Blocks V and VI, Tauhoa Survey District, containing 1,000 acres, more or less, including islands and being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 201, folio 256 (North Auckland Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of April 1958.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block XII, Tauranga Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District, containing 34Β·1 perches, situated in Block XII, Tauranga Survey District, being Lot 5, D.P. S. 4219, being part Allotment 88A, Te Papa Parish. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1097, folio 213, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of May 1958.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District containing 3 roods 10 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being Sections 2321, 2322, and part Sections 2323 and 2324, Town of New Plymouth; and being also all the land contained in lease No. 16312, part certificate of title, Volume 75, folio 234, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of May 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of May 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Nelson Land District containing 3 acres 2 roods 38 perches, situated in Block III, Kawatiri Survey District, Nelson R.D., being Section 49.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1958.
