LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 264, folio 164, Wellington Registry, in the names of James Donald Duff, of Wellington, civil servant, and Ethel May Duff, his wife, for 11·2 perches, situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Town Section 1045 and being Lot 38 on Deposited Plan 1616, and also of memorandum of mortgage No. 282618, whereof James Francis Stewart, of Wellington, solicitor, is mortgagee, affecting the said land, and application (K. 42496) having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title, and to dispense with the production of the outstanding copy of the memorandum of mortgage under Section 111 (3) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and to register the discharge of the said mortgage on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
