Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for public buildings, general government, over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing Thomas Reginald Hawkins and John William Auld to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Kohukohu, Hokianga Harbour, as a Site for a Garage

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Thomas Reginald Hawkins and John William Auld (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Kohukohu, Hokianga Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10307 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a garage thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensees shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable five pounds (£5).
3. The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of April 1958.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights
