Cancellation of the Vesting in the Dannevirke County Council, Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Southern Hawke's Bay Rabbit Board
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke and changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for county purposes to a reserve for rabbit board buildings, and further, vests the said reserve in the Southern Hawke's Bay Rabbit Board, in trust, for the purpose of rabbit board buildings.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Waikiekie Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a school site to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Waikiekie Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
