A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of March 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 20·15 perches, situated in Block XIII, Maungaru Survey District, Borough of Dargaville, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 6 and part Lot 5, D.P. 9354. All certificate of title, Volume 1101, folio 244, Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.
