THE following decisions in interpretation of the Customs Tariff are published for public information:

NOTE—If the shovels and supporting framework are imported attached to tractors, the latter will be classed separately under Tariff item 348 (1) if, after removing the shovel units, they are capable of performing the ordinary functions of tractors without further modification. | 253–51/6/4 |
