A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of road in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block IV, Maungatautari Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
7 1 16 Section 12s, Horahora Settlement, and parts Lot 6, D.P. 4010, being parts Horahora Block.
6 2 26 Part Section 4, Block IV, Maungatautari Survey District, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 3125, and parts Lot 6, D.P. 4010, being parts Horahora Block.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155498 (S.O. 37606), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road in the Otago Land District, containing 2 acres and 2·7 perches, situated in the Clutha Survey District, Otago R.D., and adjoining part Section 12, Block CI, part Section 1, Block CII and closed road, Block LXV; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155474 (S.O. 12277) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 9 perches, situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 347, being part Te Pua-A-Tangihua Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155201 (S.O. 40379) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Altering the Boundaries of the Thames Valley Electric Power District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Thames Valley Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, comprising parts of the Counties of Coromandel and Thames, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block VI, Hastings Survey District, in the middle of the mouth of the Waikawau River, and running up the middle of that river to its source; thence along a right line to the northern head of the Tairua Harbour; thence north-westerly and southerly generally along the shores of the Pacific Ocean and the Hauraki Gulf to the point of commencement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.H.D. 472 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of March 1958.
