A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, situated in Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, Borough of West Harbour, Otago R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 9·6 perches, situated in Block X, Awhitu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 18 and 42, D.P. 18680. Part certificate of title, Volume 176, folio 57, Auckland Land Registry.
