A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 2·7 perches, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 217, Town of Greerton; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155393 (S.O. 37726) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of February 1958.
