A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 3rd day of March 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District,
situated in the City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., containing
1 rood 17·1 perches, being part Allotment 289, Town of
Hamilton West. All certificate of title, Volume 556, folio 249
(limited as to parcels), Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 3rd day of March 1958.
