In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of the New City Hotel Co. Ltd. (in liquidation).
THE liquidator of the New City Hotel Co. Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily doth hereby fix the 6th day of March 1958 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Linocrafts Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, Linocrafts Ltd. has duly entered in its minute book on Friday, 14 February 1958, the following extraordinary resolution:
“1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“2. That Mr Norman L. Hider, of Christchurch, public accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”
And that a meeting of creditors of the said company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, in the Pioneer Sports’ Club Rooms, corner Oxford Terrace and Gloucester Street, Christchurch, on Monday, the 24th day of February 1958, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
The attention of creditors is drawn to the fact that proxies required for voting at the above meeting must be lodged with the Secretary, P.O. Box 367, Christchurch, not later than Friday, 21 February 1958.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that at a meeting of shareholders of Scanda Fabrics Ltd. held on the 12th day of February 1958, it was resolved as an extraordinary resolution:
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up.”
At a meeting of creditors of the company held on the same date Mr Lewis Nathan Ross of Auckland, public accountant, was appointed liquidator of the company.

The liquidator of Scanda Fabrics Ltd. does hereby fix the the 31st day of March 1958 as the day on or before which creditors of the company have to prove their claims or debts and to establish priority (if any) under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such claims or debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objection to such distribution.
