NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership carried on at Lowburn, Cromwell, by Norman Riggir and Patrick Maurice Mooney was dissolved on the 22nd day of March 1957. As from that date the orchard business formerly carried on by the partnership has been carried on by the said Norman Riggir alone, to whom the said Patrick Maurice Mooney has disposed of his share in the business.

PUKEKOHE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of eight thousand pounds (£8,000) authorised to be raised by the Pukekohe Borough Council under the abovementioned Act for the construction of a bus terminal, the said Pukekohe Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of thirteen one-hundredths of a penny (0·13d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Pukekohe comprising the whole of the Borough of Pukekohe; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Pukekohe Borough Council held on the 30th day of January 1958.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of three thousand five hundred pounds (£3,500), authorised to be raised by the Pukekohe Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the erection of a ladies’ rest room, the said Pukekohe Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of sixty-five one-thousandths of a penny (0·065d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Pukekohe comprising the whole of the Borough of Pukekohe; and that the special rate shall be an annualrecurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Pukekohe Borough Council held on the 30th day of January 1958.
