Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, to the persons described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their duties whilst undertaking instruction from the Department of Agriculture, but shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
The portion of road specified in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

That portion of Te Atatu Road from a point 6 chains north of its junction with Taikata Road to the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
(1) So much of the Warrant under Section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 dated the 30th day of November 1951 which relates to South Titirangi Road in Waitemata County is hereby revoked.
(2) The portion of road specified in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.
(3) The portion of road specified in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitemata County—
South Titirangi Road (from its junction with the Waitakere Scenic Drive State Highway No. 38 to a point 16 chains south of the said junction).
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitemata County—
South Titirangi Road (from a point 16 chains south of its junction with the Waitakere Scenic Drive State Highway No. 38 to the termination of the said road at the beach).

That portion of the Richmond-Collingwood State Highway No. 53 in Takaka Township from a point 8 chains south of its junction with Motupipi Road to a point 18 chains north of its junction with Factory Road.
