A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December 1957.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen, by Thomas Murphy, of Pine Hill, farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 7816, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 2 acres 2 roods 5·3 perches, situated in Block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, Otago R.D., and being part Section 68; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155024 (S.O. 12495) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set apart for the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 2 acres and 5 perches, situated in Block I, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, and being part Section 38; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154896 (S.O. 12330) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
