Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Southbridge Town Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a town council depot, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the Town District of Southbridge, in trust, for that purpose.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Manukau County Council, Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve, and Vesting in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau, and changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for landing purposes to a reserve for drainage purposes, and further, vests the said reserve in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board, in trust, for drainage purposes.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District, for the Purposes of a Maori School

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a Maori school; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Ohaeawai, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
