A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
closed and added to the land held for a public school,
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the South Auckland Land Dis-
trict containing 2 roods, situated in Block XIII, Wairere
Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through
Sections 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block VI, Township of Waharoa,
being part land on D.P. 827, and Section 65, Block XIII,
Wairere Survey District, and closed road; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155065
(S.O. 38806) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 2 acres, situated in Block XIII, Wairere Survey
District, being Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block VI,
Waharoa Township, being part of the land on D.P. 827, and
being the land in Proclamation S. 89017. Formerly part cer-

day of November 1955 and the 3rd day of April 1952
respectively, to be road.
