PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointment, promotion, extensions of commissions, transfers, and terminations of commissions of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force:

GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH
Promotion

Squadron Leader Sidney Maxwell Hope, M.B.E., A.F.C., A.D.C., p.s.a. (70121), to be Acting Wing Commander, with effect from 11 November 1957.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPLY BRANCH
Transfer

Special Duties Division

Flight Lieutenant Trevelyan William Tremayne, M.B.E., A.R.AE.S. (130138), is transferred from the Technical Branch (Engineer Division) to the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division) with his present rank and seniority, with effect from 20 December 1957.

Appointment

Special Duties Division

John Keys (134191) is granted a commission in the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division), Territorial Air Force, for a period of five years, to be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is appointed to the rank of Flying Officer with seniority from 25 October 1956, with effect from 25 October 1957.

Terminations of Commissions

Flight Lieutenant (temp.) Herbert Walter Henry Bellamore (130343) is transferred from the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division), Territorial Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period of four years, with effect from 27 November 1957.

Termination of Commission

The commission of Flying Officer (temp.) Ian McAlpine Anderson (72506) is terminated, with effect from 19 September 1957.
