A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 23 acres and 28 perches, situated in Block X, Kaeo Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 22563, being parts Allotment 17, and Lot 3, D.P. 22563, being part Allotment S 16, Matawherohia Parish, Allotments 141 and 142, Pupuke Parish, and Omataroa and Mokau Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154996 (S.O. 40117) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of July 1948 and published in Gazette, 5 August 1948, Volume II, page 975, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3923, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 23·41 perches, situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, being part Section 178, Hutt District, and being also Lot 4, D.P. 9736 (Town of Manor Park Extension No. 1). All certificate of title, Volume 675, folio 23, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 22 perches.
Being part of Lots 60, 61, and 62, D.P. 8315, being part Section 9, Porirua District.
Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District, City of Wellington. (S.O. 23919.)

Situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District, Eyre County. (S.O. 9218.)
