Land Taken for Road in Blocks XI, XII, and XV, Hamilton Survey District, and Block III, Punia Survey District, Waipa County

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks XI, XII, and XV, Hamilton Survey District, and Block III, Punia Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
21 1 0 Part land on D.P. 2418 marked Drainage Reserve, being part Allotments 76, 77, and 225, Pukekura Parish, Blocks XI, XII, and XV, Hamilton Survey District; coloured sepia on plan.
21 2 34 Part Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish, and part Allotment 292, Punia Parish, Block XV, Hamilton Survey District, and Block III, Punia Survey District; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154826 (S.O. 37034) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of November 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 1·1 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 16357, being part Section 9, Watts Peninsula District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154820 (S.O. 23864) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
