NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Mount Albert Borough Council made on the 12th day of November 1957, the district scheme relating to the Borough of Mount Albert, as publicly notified in the Auckland Star and New Zealand Herald on the 20th and 28th day of September 1957, and the Gazette, No. 69, page 1731, on the 26th day of September 1957, has been varied by changing the zoning of that area of land containing 8 acres and 39·1 perches, being part Lot 233, D.P. 20722, and also Lot 2, D.P. 33558, of Allotment 172, of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, situate in Asquith Avenue and Linwood Avenue, Mount Albert, and being land owned by Messrs Coates Bros. (N.Z.) Ltd., from Industrial Bl. to Residential.

The variation and the scheme has been deposited in the office of the Mount Albert Borough Council, 615 New North Road, Mount Albert, and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.

Objections to the variation shall be in writing in the form No. 4 prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than Wednesday, 26 February 1958; at a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
