Additional Members of Hunua Rabbit Board (Notice No. Ag. 6428)
Pursuant to section 25 of the Rabbits Act 1955, the Minister of Agriculture hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the Hunua Rabbit Board on the 29th day of October 1957.
RESOLUTION
That, pursuant to the provisions of the Rabbits Act 1955, the Hunua Rabbit Board does increase its elective membership by two, that is, to a total of seven members.

Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee Election

Pursuant to regulation 29 of the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, the Minister of Agriculture hereby extends the time for the election of representatives of producers as members of the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee from the month of June 1957 to the month of June 1958.

The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 11
Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 11, and shall be read together with and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

This notice shall come into force on the 22nd day of November 1957.

The principal notice shall cease to apply in respect of the goods and services set out in the Schedule hereto.

The principal notice is hereby consequentially amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto all references to the goods and services referred to in the Schedule hereto in respect of which, pursuant to clause 3 hereof, the principal notice no longer applies.

Licensing the Manukau County Council to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of Rotopiro Stream as a Site for a Bridge
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Manukau County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of Rotopiro Stream, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10313 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, as a site for a bridge, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be one shilling payable on demand.

The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of November 1957.
