Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Survey District
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of COBHAM, Governor-General
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown A PROCLAMATION
land described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject as to Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
