Notice is hereby given that the Land Settlement Board, with the approval of the Minister of Lands, has by resolution declared the undermentioned lease to be forfeited, pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948, and that the land has thereby reverted to the Crown.

Notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 as a scenic reserve.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MAHAKIPAWA HILL SCENIC RESERVE

PART Lot 1, D.P. 1247, being part Sections 1, 2, and 46, Mahakipawa Registration District, situated in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District; subject to water and incidental rights over part created by memorandum of transfer No. 23536: Area, 683 acres, more or less. C.T. 54/18.

As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/1116A deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
