Appointments, Promotions, Extensions of Commissions, Transfers, and Terminations of Commissions of Officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force

Pursuant to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, promotions, extensions of commissions, transfers, and terminations of commissions of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

REGULAR AIR FORCE
ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPLY BRANCH
Transfer

Equipment Division

Flying Officer Derk Pieter Rodenburg (77259) is transferred from the General Duties Branch to the Administrative and Supply Branch (Equipment Division) with his present rank, with seniority from 27 April 1957, with effect from 21 October 1957.

MEDICAL BRANCH
Extension of Commission

Flight Lieutenant Kelvin Reid Bremner, B.SC., M.B., CH.B. (77802), is granted an extension of his present commission until 10 August 1959.

AIR TRAINING CORPS
Appointments

The under-mentioned are granted commissions in the Air Training Corps with the rank of Pilot Officer, with effect from the dates shown:

Flying Officer Dawson Albert Cotton, M.B., CH.B. (132633), is transferred from the General Duties Branch to the Medical Branch with his present rank and seniority, with effect from 1 October 1957.

to be a Stipendiary Magistrate on and from the 25th day of November 1957, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand.

to exercise jurisdiction in the Children’s Court established at Auckland on and from the 25th day of November 1957.
