LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE having been lodged with me that the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 683, folio 281 (Auckland Registry), in the name of Lucy Irene Gillies, of Taupo, spinster, for 1 rood, more or less, being Section 11, Block XXIX, Taupo Township, and being formerly part of the Tauhara Middle No. 1 Block, has been destroyed, and application having been made for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice. Ltd. of 1 rood 29·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 27 on Deposited Plan 9097 and being portion of the foreshore of the Auckland Harbour situated in Freemans Bay and being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 473, folio 255 (Auckland Registry), having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transfer without production of the said lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transfer on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
