Price Order No. 1682 (Amendment No. 1) of Price Order No. 1676 (Bread)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 1682 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1676* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1957.

  3. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Third Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule:

"THIRD SCHEDULE

"Maximum Wholesale and Retail Prices of Bread Described in Clause 4 of this Order Sliced and Wrapped in Accordance with Clause 6 of this Order

Per 4 lb Loaf Per 2 lb or Nominal 2 lb Loaf Per 1 lb or Nominal 1 lb Loaf

Land in Otago Land District Forfeited

Notice is hereby given that the Land Settlement Board, with the approval of the Minister of Lands, has by resolution declared the undermentioned lease to be forfeited pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948, and that the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown.
