A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation
dated the 11th day of December 1951 and published in the
Gazette of the same year at page 1858, taking additional land
at Puha for the purposes of the Gisborne-Rotorua Railway.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 24th day of January 1957.

PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the

Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at
31 January 1957.

PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
