ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 0·36 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being part Section 749, Town of Wellington; coloured sepia on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 3·7 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being Section 1207, Town of Wellington; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154497 (S.O. 23710) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

As witness my hand at Wellington this 18th day of October 1957.

Revocation of Approval to Issue Warrants of Fitness

PURSUANT to subclause (3) of regulation 52 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes the approval of the firm described in the Schedule hereto to issue warrants of fitness for motor vehicles.

Declaration of Approved Vendors of Motor Vehicles for Purposes of Registration (No. 5)

PURSUANT to subclause (4) of regulation 11A of the Motor Vehicles Registration and Licensing Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Transport hereby (1) declares that the companies, persons, and firms described in the First Schedule hereto shall, to the extent therein described, be approved vendors of motor vehicles, in addition to those already so declared† for the purposes of registration of motor vehicles in terms of the said regulation; and (2) revokes as approved vendors of motor vehicles the companies, persons, and firms described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:

A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, to the persons described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
