CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice published in Gazette, 19 September 1957, No. 67, page 1683, under the heading Wholesalers’ Licences under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33 surrendered or revoked, for the words “Gadd, Ngaiire Elizabeth, 30/6/57, Henderson”, read “Gadd, Ngaiire Elizabeth, 31/7/57, Henderson”.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Dunedin

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 10·41 perches, situated in Block VI, Town District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 33, D.P. 7039, and being also part Sections 32 and 35; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154599 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre 28·6 perches, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and being Lots 38 and 39, D.P. 19355, being part Section 13, Avonhead Settlement No. 2, Part certificate of title, Volume 470, folio 145, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1957.
