Pursuant to the Regulations Act 1936, notice is hereby given of the making of regulations as under:

Registration of School Colours
Pursuant to the Education Act 1914 and regulations made thereunder, the following colours, badges, and monograms have been registered for the Mount Roskill Grammar School, Auckland.
MOUNT ROSKILL GRAMMAR SCHOOL, AUCKLAND
Colours: Squadron blue, red, and gold.
Badge: The badge of the Mount Roskill Grammar School depicts a gold phoenix rising from a fire of light blue and red flames and royal blue ash. Immediately below is the motto “sursum” inscribed in red letters on a gold scroll. All the above is on a squadron blue background.
Motto: “Sursum”.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Kowai
(Notice No. Ag. 6400)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Deputy Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Kowai County Council on the 13th day of September 1957.
SPECIAL ORDER
That, pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Kowai County Council, acting on behalf of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kowai, hereby declares that all plants mentioned or included in the First Schedule of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 are noxious weeds within the district of the County of Kowai.

Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Deputy Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Waimate County Council on the 26th day of August 1957.
SPECIAL ORDER
Noxious Weeds Act 1950: Resolved by way of special order that the following noxious weeds are noxious weeds within the whole of the Waimate County: Nassella tussock, Nodding thistle, and St. John’s Wort.

(Notice No. Ag. 6397)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Deputy Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Tauranga County Council on the 2nd day of September 1957.
SPECIAL ORDER
Resolved that pursuant to the provisions of section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Tauranga County Council hereby declares by special order the following plants to be noxious weeds within the Tauranga County, additional to the list of plants contained in the special order made the 6th day of August 1956, and published in the Gazette, No. 46, of 23 August 1956, at page 1143:
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla).
Scentless Chamomile (Matricaria inodora).

Pursuant to the Tobacco Growing Industry Act 1935, the Tobacco Growing Industry Amendment Act 1951, and the Tobacco Board Election Regulations 1952,* regulation 24, I hereby give public notice that the number of votes received by each candidate for the office of growers’ representative on the Tobacco Board is as follows:
