Declaring Land Held for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject to Certain Rights and Revoking Previous Notice

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 6th day of August 1957 and published in Gazette, 8 August 1957, No. 58, page 1465, declaring land held for a Government work and not required for the purpose to be Crown land, and hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 12th day of August 1957; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 4th day of April 1957, subject as to the land secondly described in the said Second Schedule to notice No. X. 18749 that an underground electric cable passes through or under the said land, and subject as to the land thirdly described in the said Second Schedule to notice No. X. 18750 that an electric cable passes through or under the said land; and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 23rd day of January 1957, subject as to the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule to certificate No. X. 18518 that a pipeline for the passage of stormwater and sewage passes through the said land; and the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 7th day of January 1957, subject to a drainage right over part Lot 6, D.P. 7034, created by memorandum of transfer No. 109732, and to certificate No. X. 18536, that a pipeline for the passage of stormwater and sewage passes over or through the said land.

ALL those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, situated in Wakari Survey District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., described as follows:
