CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated 13 August 1957 redefining the boundaries
of Borough of Oamaru, County of Waitaki, and Kakanui and
Waiaureka Ridings of County of Waitaki and published in
Gazette, 15 August 1957, No. 60, page 1528, in the description
of the boundaries of the Borough of Oamaru, for "Lot 23,
Deeds Plan 76", read "Lot 34, Deeds Plan 76".
Dated at Wellington this 17th day of September 1957.

Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Wellington
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 23Β·84 perches, situated in the City of Wellington,
being Lots 35 to 39 (inclusive), D.P. 16952, being parts
Sections 30 and 31, Karori District. Part certificate of title,
Volume 466, folio 86, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of September 1957.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 16th day of
September 1957
Present:
The Right Hon. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Government Commission Act 1953,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares
that, as on and from the 1st day of October 1957, the area
described in the Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the
County of Peninsula and included in the City of Dunedin;
and with the like advice and consent hereby also declares
that the alteration of the boundaries of the said county and
the said city hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been
effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
SCHEDULE
Area Excluded from County of Peninsula and Included
in the City of Dunedin
All that area in the Otago Land District, the Peninsula
County, and Tomahawk Riding containing 10 acres, more or
less, being Tahuna Road and part of Tomahawk Road,
bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of
Section 27, Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District; thence
north-westerly along a straight line across Tahuna Road to the
easternmost corner of Section 7, Block VII, Otago Peninsula
Survey District; thence generally easterly along the northern
boundary of Tahuna Road and Tomahawk Road to the west-
ern shore of Tomahawk Lagoon; thence southerly along the
western shore of that lagoon and its outlet to the southern
side of Tomahawk Road; thence generally westerly along the
southern boundary of Tomahawk Road and Tahuna Road to
the point of commencement.
